Postage and Packing
There is a single charge for postage and packing for
all orders received via the internet: £1.50
for all orders. This will be a one-off charge for
each order and not each CD. However many CDs you order,
you will only be charged postage and packing once,
even if they are despatched separately.
Voucher Terms & Conditions
Chandos Vouchers are issued after earning 100 loyalty
points. These vouchers can be redeemed with any 'paying'
order and are valid for one year from date of issue.
To use a voucher:
1) you must spend £14 or more in one
order on any combination of CDs or MP3s, this total
does not include
P&P.
2) Enter your voucher number in the box provided in
your shopping basket
Each voucher has the value of £12.99 and will
be deducted from your order total.
When the voucher is issued, 100 loyalty points are
deducted from your points account.
eg:
1 CD at £12.99 Does not
qualify to use a voucher
1 CD at £12.99 plus 1 CD at £4.99 Total
= £17.98 Qualifies to use a voucher
1 CD at £12.99 plus 1 MP3 at £1.20 Total
= £14.19 Qualifies to use a voucher
1 Double CD at £19.98 Qualifies to use a voucher
PLEASE NOTE:
Whilst we are transfering account infomation from
our old web system, only vouchers issed after 1st
May 2005 are valid, we are adding older vouchers as
fast as we can.
Security
We recognise that security is one of the major concerns
for the shopper during an online transaction. So we
use 'WorldPay' who use state of the art security tools
and techniques to ensure that you are protected against
online fraud. In reality, an online purchase is probably
more secure than a card transaction conducted in a
shop, over the telephone or by fax - because WorldPay
ensure that your online purchase details are encrypted
using complex logarithm methods. For more information

Delivery times
Chandos will aim to process all order within 5 working
days of receipt. Providing the product is in stock
delivery in the UK should be within 7 working days
of despatch, Europe within 14 working days of despatch,
and USA and rest of the world within 14 working days
of despatch.
'Out of Stock' items
From time to time items go out of stock. Chandos will
use its resources to ensure items are not out of stock
for more than two weeks. Sometimes manufacturing difficulties
beyond our control mean that items may be unavailable
for longer periods. For more detailed information

Cooling-off period
New legislation allows you to return internet purchases
within seven days and to receive a refund of the
CD price provided it is still shrink-wrapped.
Due to the nature of downloads, no refunds can
be given for any download (MP3 or WMA), that is
of servicable quality, once the transaction is
complete.
MP3 Downloads
After purchasing any of our MP3s, you will have 6
months to download the tracks/CDs. After which
time your order will continue to show in your 'Order
History' but you will be unable to download it
any more. If you wish to download the tracks after
this time, please contact us and we will re-enable
the specified tracks for a short time.
